All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends, sales, and holidays.
Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
We are not responsible for delays caused by lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. The address you provide at checkout is where we will ship your package. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays in delivery.

The shipping costs for orders are non refundable.

Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new, original, perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact and are subject to review.

The following items cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged: Lingerie Sets, & Bras.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s for an exchange nor refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or reduce the refund amount for returns that do not meet the above requirements. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense without refund. We appreciate your understanding.
